I don't necessarily have anything to say in this post, but to take a moment to place this iconic figure on my blog and dedicate a post to this legend. It is because of Gordon Parks that I hold a camera in my hand today. His inspiration, long after he was gone, lit a flame inside of me that is now a full engulfing blaze. It was like it came at the right time, that summer, 2008.
